The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has filed yet another lawsuit over the ongoing water crisis in Flint, Michigan – this time against the school districts. The lawsuit alleges that schools failed to provide the tens of thousands of children exposed to lead with the necessary educational services. RT America’s Trinity Chavez has the story, speaking with the mother of a boy whose behavior has been adversely affected by the lead. Then, Kristin Totten, education attorney with the ACLU, joins RT America’s Manila Chan to discuss the issues.
